About the event
Newport Music Club are thrilled to welcome Hathor Duo. Meera Maharaj (flute) and Lucy Nolan (harp) both studied at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM). Meera is a First Prize winner of the Royal Academy Flute Competition, and Lucy is a finalist in the RNCM Gold Medal Weekend, the highest accolade for performance. The duo enjoy exploring the enchanting range of repertoire available to the pairing of flute and harp, including from their own arrangements of popular works and folk music to contemporary works.
Tickets are £15/Adults, £2/U18s and students.
